Trauma-Informed Care: We provide a safe, supportive environment that recognizes the impact of trauma and promotes healing through trauma-sensitive yoga, mindfulness, and counseling.

Counseling and Support Services: Participants have access to individual and group counseling sessions led by experienced mental health professionals who are culturally competent and understand the specific challenges faced by Black men and youth.
